Jose Mourinho's tenure at AS Roma is over.
On Tuesday, the Italian club officially announced that they are parting ways with the 60-year-old specialist from Portugal.
The experienced coach has been working in Rome since May 2021, and in 2022, he won the UEFA Conference League trophy. Last season, J. Mourinho led Roma to the final of the Europa League.
However, recently the team's performance in Italy has been declining. In the Serie A championship, Roma is currently only in ninth place and has already been eliminated from the Italian Cup.
AS Roma can confirm that José Mourinho and his coaching staff will leave the club with immediate effect.
