Juventus revealed the January plans at the player market

Supporters of the Juventus team who were hoping to see some strong newcomers in January will be disappointed.

As Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli told journalists, the club has decided not to take active actions in the player market this winter.

This also means that the Turin club is waving the white flag in the battle for Al Ettifaq's defender Jordan Henderson.

"We have decided to withdraw from the player market and will not be inviting any new players.

This shows our trust in our players - that is the choice Juventus is making at the moment," the manager clarified.
