„Liverpool“ had to work hard for a ticket to the English League Cup („Carabao Cup“) final. 

In the second leg of the semi-final match, „Liverpool“ played 1:1 away against „Fulham“, and with an aggregate score of 3:2, they overcame their opponents from London.

In the 11th minute, Luis Diaz increased the „Reds“ lead in the series to 2 goals.

However, the intrigue returned. In the 76th minute, Issa Diop equalized the result of the second match. However, „Fulham“ could not find a third goal in this series during the remaining time, and Klopp's players moved on. 

In the final on February 25 at „Wembley“, „Liverpool“ will face the team of „Chelsea“.
