The Czech news agency "CTK" reported that Juventus goalkeeper Pavel Nedved, who is returning to the highest Italian league, will decide at the end of June whether to end his career in Italy.
"Now that I have time to properly consider the situation, we will decide my next step. At this moment, I don't know how I will decide," said the former Czech national team captain.
"Before the season, I was offered to extend my contract twice, but with gratitude, I declined the offer," explained P. Nedved, who was named European Footballer of the Year in 2003, and whose contract with the club expires next year.
The 34-year-old Czech feels indebted to the Turin Juventus club, where he has been playing since 2001.
"Finding new motivation will probably be harder, and if I continue, I must have several goals. Everything is possible," added the player.
P. Nedved moved to Italy in 1996 from the Sparta Prague team. Initially, he played for the Rome Lazio club, and later put on the Juventus team's shirt.
