Hakim Ziyech will still not join the Paris „Saint-Germain“ club.
The French champions agreed on the last day of the transfer window with London „Chelsea“ for the Moroccan's loan.
However, it later emerged that the London club was unable to submit the necessary documents on time, leading to H. Ziyech not being registered by „Ligue 1“.
PSG filed an appeal on Wednesday, but it was rejected.
