PSG footballers will honor the victims of terror attacks in Paris

The leader of the French Football League, the club "Paris Saint-Germain", will honor the victims of the terrorist attacks in Paris at the matches taking place on Saturday. In the game against "Lorient", the phrase "Je Suis Paris" will be written on PSG armbands.

"I am Paris" - this is the phrase that will be written on the armbands of the Paris capital club in three matches.

The inscription will adorn the left side of the armbands immediately after the PSG logo, which depicts the Eiffel Tower.

In addition to the match with the "Lorient" team, PSG will play a Champions League game in Sweden with "Malmo" on November 25, and then host the "Troyes" footballers in the "Ligue 1" championship at home on November 28.

The first football club to play with special armbands dedicated to honoring the victims of Paris was the PSG women's team. On Wednesday, PSG women's footballers defeated "Örebro" at home in the Women's Champions League.

By common agreement, French football clubs have decided not to stop the "Ligue 1" championship, although the threat of terrorist attacks in France remains high.

On Friday, Belgian "Pro League" footballers will return to the stadiums, but security will be reinforced everywhere.
