On the last day of the transfer window, PSG returns to the hunt for a center-back they have been pursuing all summer. "RMC Sport" reports that PSG has offered €70 million to Milan's Inter for center-back Milan Škriniar. Milan's club has been inclined to sell the Slovakian for some time, but in recent weeks they have decided to keep the defender and try to sign a new contract with him.
