On Wednesday evening, the last matches of the UEFA Champions League A-D group 5th round were played.
Paris Saint-Germain, who had a "live or die" match at home against Liverpool, came out victorious. The Parisian team played excellently and now complicated Liverpool's chances - PSG won with a score of 2:1 and pushed Liverpool down to third place.
PSG's team concentration before these matches was at its maximum - a loss here would have meant elimination from the Champions League.
The hosts took the initiative from the very beginning and gained an advantage in the 13th minute when Juan Bernat scored after a rather unsure defense from Liverpool.
