"Paris Saint Germain" is set to add "Queens Park Rangers" leader Adel Taarabt in the nearest future, for which the Parisian club is willing to pay 17 million euros. Last season, Taarabt scored 19 goals and helped his team triumph in the second most powerful league in England. However, the 22-year-old Moroccan is unlikely to move to the Premier League, as negotiations with the French are nearing completion, according to "SkySports".
