R. Amorim: 'I think more about tomorrow's match than A. Garnacho's future' © AP

Manchester United's head coach Ruben Amorim, ahead of the upcoming UEFA Europa League match against Glasgow Rangers, stated that he criticizes himself more than the team and addressed Alejandro Garnacho's potential departure in January:

"Let's focus on the matches... I don’t want to talk about A. Garnacho's situation, especially before the upcoming meeting.”

"When I spoke about the worst Manchester United team of all time, I wanted to say more about myself than the players. I talk about myself more than the players themselves.”

"Every time you say that the players are not good enough, I try to take them out of the spotlight.”

Manchester United is sharing the 13th-14th spot in the English Premier League with London’s West Ham United, with 26 points.
