Roberto De Zerbi's tenure at Brighton has come to an end.
The 44-year-old Italian left the English club after two seasons due to disagreements with the club's officials.
Although R. De Zerbi was mentioned as a candidate to take over the reins at Bayern Munich or Manchester United, the coach himself stated after the last Premier League match in England that he currently has no offers.
"I currently have no offers. I hope to be able to work in the Premier League again. However, it's difficult to say when or where that will happen. It was an honor for me to work in this league," R. De Zerbi told BBC.
The Italian also explained why the decision was made to part ways with Brighton.
"We couldn't find a common decision on how the club should move forward. I want to stick to my own vision.
"Brighton gave me an incredible opportunity and I will never forget that," added R. De Zerbi.
