"Manchester United" central midfielder Paul Pogba continues to miss almost all games this season due to a recurring injury, and it was recently revealed that the Frenchman will most likely need surgery.
The world champion has been receiving the most attention not for his performances on the field, but for a possible transfer to another club. However, both "Man Utd" manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and P. Pogba's agent Mino Raiola recently confirmed that the player will stay in Manchester in January.
This situation was also commented on by "Red Devils" legend Ryan Giggs, who revealed that he does not expect Pogba to stay in the current team next season.
"I really don't expect Pogba to stay here next season. I feel sorry for Solskjaer, as he constantly has to answer questions about Paul."
"United" is currently showing good form even without Pogba. When he is on the field, he does a good job, but so far he can be considered a disappointment.
"Pogba is an exceptional talent and we constantly talk about him, but within the ranks of 'United,' he lacks stability. Ole must rely on players who are fully prepared to play at the moment," Giggs officially told the "Premier League" website.
The coach of the Welsh national team also believes that P. Pogba should prove his worth on the field, not through words off it.
"Ole cannot keep Paul off the field if he is healthy, as there is simply no other player of his caliber in the team.
Pogba should prove everything on the field, not off it. That's how I proved my worth in my time. However, we currently live in times when all the most important things happen on social media," Giggs added.
