Fantastic match played within the ranks of the German national team by the country's forward Robin Gosens had to comment on his teammate Thomas Muller's teasing at the press conference. The latter had earlier remarked to reporters that Gosens was substituted after 60 minutes of playing against the Portuguese because he "plays in Italy" (at Bergamo's "Atalanta" team - ed. note). "Yes, after the match, Muller asked me how could I leave the field after just 60 minutes. Then I replied to him: 'It's better to play excellently for an hour, rather than poorly for the entire match.' Then he was upset and I think we settled this question," said R. Gosens. In the 4:2 victory against Portugal, the country's forward was named the best football player - he scored a goal, made an assist, and actively tore apart the opponent's defense.
