London's "Crystal Palace" secured a crucial victory in the battle for survival in the Premier League on Saturday, when they defeated the "Fulham" team at home with a score of 2-0.
21-year-old "Crystal Palace" defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka played another great game, and after the match, he was praised by the team's coach Roy Hodgson.
"Last season, Aaron asked me to loan him out, but I refused. Soon after, we had injuries and he made his debut for the team, and since then he has only been moving forward.
I made the right decision. Today he was simply amazing," Hodgson joyfully told Sky Sports after the match.
The coach joked that he was relieved when Wan-Bissaka made a mistake in the last minute of the game.
"He made a mistake in the 94th minute, and it made me happy because I had started to think he was a robot."
This season, A. Wan-Bissaka has already played 26 matches for "Crystal Palace" but has not scored any goals.
