R. Hodgson: Let's Play in the "Mortal" Group (+ 5 Coaches' Comments) © EuroFootball.com

Yesterday, in Brazil, the draw for the 2014 World Cup was held. The strongest national teams in the world were divided into eight groups.

After the draw ceremony, the national team coaches and players expressed their opinions. Some were satisfied with the draws, but others are afraid of the upcoming championship.

You can see all the groups and schedule HERE.

Luiz Felipe Scolari (Brazil, Group A): "I think the draw is favorable for us, but it won't be easy. It's great that we avoided the 'Group of Death,' which, in my opinion, is Group D. All opponents are strong because they will be playing in the World Cup. I believe Brazil will manage to progress to the next stage."

Joachim Low (Germany, Group G): "It's great that we have had the draw ceremony. Now we can start analyzing the opponents' game. Our group is unpredictable because it includes strong national teams. The USA and Ghana can really surprise anyone, not to mention Portugal, with Cristiano Ronaldo."

Paulo Bento (Portugal, Group G): "Without a doubt, the favorite of this group is Germany, which stands out for its history and potential. This team has the most chances to win the first place, but we can try to beat them and, of course, the USA and Ghana."

Cesare Prandelli (Italy, Group D): "First of all, we should be happy about this upcoming football festival. Even before the draw ceremony, I was convinced that we would face a tough group. It won't be easy in Brazil, as we will need to adapt to a new environment, especially its temperature."

Roy Hodgson (England, Group D): "Looking at the other groups, it seems like ours is the toughest. Our future opponents have world-class players - Luis Suarez, Edinson Cavani, Mario Balotelli, and Andrea Pirlo. However, other national teams think the same about us because we have Steven Gerrard, Wayne Rooney, and other famous players."

Vicente Del Bosque (Spain, Group B): "Our success in this tournament depends not only on the opponents but also on the team's attitude towards this championship. Of course, we hoped for an easier group, but we have to accept it. The Dutch will be our main competitors because playing against them is always tough, and they will surely want to take revenge for the last World Cup."
