R. Leao: Champions League is more important to me than a 10 million euro salary in Saudi Arabia

“Milan” team striker Rafael Leao is currently turning down the huge amounts of money offered by Arab clubs.

The “Serie A” club player stated that for him the level of tournaments and prestige is more important than the opportunity to make quick money.

“Offers from Saudi Arabian clubs? Personally, for me the Champions League is more valuable than a salary of 10 million euros,” he said.

“I haven't achieved great results here yet to leave for those competitions.

Right now I am focused on playing in the “Milan” club, where I am trying to accomplish many important things. That's why a few months ago I extended my contract,” R. Leao clarified.
