Bayern Munich's sniper Robert Lewandowski says that from childhood he admired Arsenal legend Thierry Henry's game in London.
The 27-year-old Pole is in great form this season and finished fourth in the best player in the world rankings, behind only Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Neymar.
Henry, in turn, is the all-time top scorer for the Gunners, scoring 228 goals in 377 matches.
"I always tried to follow in the footsteps of my childhood hero Thierry Henry," Lewandowski told Telefoot. "His technique and personality always fascinated me."
The leader of the Polish national team in the ranks of Bayern Munich has scored 15 goals in 16 matches since August.
