Munich's "Bayern" team forward Robert Lewandowski received recognition.
German newspaper "Kicker" decided to find out which player played the best in the first part of the Bundesliga season and surveyed the participants of the championship.
At the top of the list was immediately placed the 31-year-old Pole, who received almost half of the votes - 44.7 percent.
The second place went to "Leipzig" representative Timo Werner (14.6 percent), while the third went to Dortmund's "Borussia" talent Jadon Sancho (6.7 percent).
Among goalkeepers, all opponents were defeated by Monchengladbach's "Borussia" goalkeeper Yann Sommer (38.9 percent), surpassing "Bayern" veteran Manuel Neuer (10.9 percent).
