Polish national team leader Robert Lewandowski will miss the first European Championship match.

The 35-year-old striker will not be able to help the "eagles" in the match against the Netherlands.

R. Lewandowski suffered a torn dual muscle of the calf. The team doctor says they are working tirelessly to make the striker appear in the second match against Austria.
