"London's "Chelsea" announced on Saturday that they have reached an agreement with Ruben Loftus-Cheek for a new contract.
The 23-year-old Englishman, currently recovering from an Achilles tendon injury, has signed a new five-year contract with the "blues."
"I am very happy to play for at least another five years in this club. This is the place where I grew up as a footballer and I hope to play here for a long time," - rejoiced R. Loftus-Cheek after signing the contract.
The Englishman started his career in the "Chelsea" academy and only went on loan to "Crystal Palace" in the 2017-2018 season.
R. Loftus-Cheek played 40 matches for the "blues" last season, scoring 10 goals and providing 5 assists.
