Former Croatian national team goalkeeper Ivan Rakitic expressed gratitude to Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku for missing the target.
In yesterday's F group match against the Croatians, the 29-year-old forward missed ideal opportunities to score and most contributed to his team's early trip home (0:0).
"Forward, Lukaku! We have to thank him for a month-long vacation in Croatia," Rakitic rejoiced on social media.
