Rubenas Nevesas shocked the football world this summer when he decided to move to Saudi Arabia to defend the honor of "Al-Hilal".
The 26-year-old Portuguese player attracted the interest of not only European giants, but also of "Barcelona".
However, the central defender decided to turn to Saudi Arabia, where he will earn significantly more money.
Nevesas himself revealed that money was the main motive for his move to Asia.
"The main reason why I moved to Saudi Arabia was my family. I will be able to provide my family with the life I always dreamed of."
"I have to take care of my family, which is more important than any trophy. Of course, the fact that 'Al-Hilal' is the best team in Asia also contributed to the decision," Nevesas candidly admitted.
