R. Rangnick's Punishment: Will "Man Utd" Players Have to Wear Ballet Shoes? © imago images/Sven Simon

Ralf Rangnick, who will become the temporary coach of "Man Utd", is known for his strictness. The 63-year-old German was especially notable for his firm hand when working in his homeland, coaching the "Leipzig" team. Understanding that symbolic monetary fines for athletes earning millions for various offenses mean nothing, the specialist decided to create his own disciplinary system. R. Rangnick aimed to take away from offending players their most valuable asset - their time. Footballers had to spin the "Wheel of Fortune" and among the possible punishments were work in the club's souvenir shop, guiding tourists around the stadium, washing dirty jerseys, loading bags onto the bus for away games, leading training sessions for the reserve team on days off. Players could also be required to change into ballerina outfits during training or buy small gifts for all 60 club staff members.
