In the last two seasons, Rimvydas Sadauskas, who played for Šiauliai, will not wear yellow and black jersey anymore this year.
After the expiration of the contract valid until the end of the 2023 season, both sides decided to go separate ways.
Since his debut in the "A League" with the residents of Šiauliai, the man from Kaunas played a total of 57 matches, scored 3 goals, and once made an assist to his teammate.
During these two missed years in Šiauliai, the defender reached the LFF Cup final and adorned himself with historic "A League" bronze medals.
FA "Šiauliai" thanks Rimvydas for his significant contribution to the team's achievements and wishes him every success in his future career endeavors.
"First of all, I would like to thank all the "Šiauliai" fans for the warm welcome and support of the team in the last two seasons. I also want to express a big thank you to all the team members for the hard work done and the historic bronze medals earned. Gratitude goes to the entire coaching staff and club leaders for the long-lasting cooperation and always being together. My journey takes a different path here, and I believe we will meet again in the future," said Rimvydas Sadauskas, bidding farewell to Šiauliai.
