Ruud van Nistelrooy will sign a contract with the club in the near future.
When asked by the news agency "Reuters" if he will play for Malaga next season, the footballer confirmed that he will be presented to the media by the end of this week.
However, van Nistelrooy, who played for "Hamburg" last season but will become a free agent in a few weeks, did not provide more information.
The former Eindhoven PSV, "Man Utd" and Madrid "Real" striker clashed with "Hamburg" executives after they did not let him return to "Real" in the winter.
