It is reported that the owner of Chelsea, Roman Abramovich, ordered an investigation into the reasons for the weak form of the "Blues" after they lost to their opponents twice in a row.
R. Abramovich instructed two of his closest advisors to conduct an internal investigation and interview Jose Mourinho's staff and assistants. Both advisors visited the club's training ground while J. Mourinho was away in Portugal.
In the Champions League match, Chelsea had to admit defeat to Real Betis, and later experienced a fiasco at Old Trafford stadium in the Premier League, losing to Man Utd 1-0. Nevertheless, in the English championship, Chelsea leads with six points ahead of competitors from Wigan, and in the Champions League, they are in second place in Group G, trailing only behind defending champions Liverpool.
Despite Arsenal's head coach Arsene Wenger claiming that the fight for the first place is back, Jose Mourinho is convinced that his team will retain the crown. "There is no shame in losing to a strong team, it just proves that we are the best. We were champions, now we are leaders and will be champions for two years in a row. I support my players and we are not worried at all about the future," Mourinho said.
