The 28-year-old player born in France, who plays for "Racing" which barely avoided relegation from "La Liga", signed a three-year contract.
Regragui was a member of the Moroccan national team, which reached the final in the last African Cup tournament and lost to the host team Tunisia in the final.
The new "Racing" player will join his teammates on July 12th at the start of the pre-season camp, as only then will his contract with "Ajaccio" expire.
