On Saturday, Manchester United defender Raphael Varane left the field with tears in his eyes after the match against London's Chelsea.
The Frenchman suffered an injury that, at first glance, seemed to eliminate the defender from the World Cup.
However, tests showed that the injury is not that serious, but Varane will have to race against time.
ESPN reports that Man Utd defender will be out for approximately four weeks, which theoretically means he could help France in the World Cup.
France's national team will play their first match in Qatar on November 22.
