Spanish mid-table clubs officially presented their first addition during the winter transfer window on Monday - Santander club has loaned Chilean national team striker Mauricio Pinilla until the end of the season.
"He is a wonderful player and a great boost for the second half of the season," said Racing Santander president Manuel Huerta about the Chilean.
The rights to the 21-year-old forward belong to Lisbon's Sporting and Milan's Inter, and the Chilean has played for the Portuguese club in the last one and a half seasons.
"Racing", who unexpectedly defeated Madrid's "Real" in the last "La Liga" match, currently holds the 14th place in the Spanish championship.
