Glazgo "Rangers" legend Ally McCoist insists that "Celtic" striker Moussa Dembele, who has been praised throughout the season, is not worth the sums mentioned in the media.
The Frenchman, who moved from London's "Fulham" to Brendan Rodgers' team in the summer, has become a real find and has already scored more than 30 goals in all competitions.
However, in McCoist's opinion, that doesn't necessarily mean that the striker will truly become a world-class player, even though he has the potential.
"Celtic" will definitely sell him, there's no doubt about that, but I definitely don't have him in that 30 or 40 million pound category, if you can forgive me for that," McCoist told Daily Record.
"He can grow into that value. I really like him, he can finish attacks. He is physically strong and moves well. However, realistically he is not worth that much."
"He is truly the most valuable player in the country. He is young and will naturally progress. He will play more matches. He is a very good finisher of attacks and focuses on that, but other aspects of his game will improve."
On the other hand, despite McCoist's opinion, it is almost certain that an impressive amount will be paid for Dembele this summer.
