Just a couple of days after beating their arch-rivals in the "Old Firm" derby, representatives of the Glasgow "Rangers" team are still dissatisfied.
After the away victory of 2:1 in the derby, the director of the "Celtic" team, Stewart Robertson, said:
"This is not a criticism of the referees, as they have to work in very difficult conditions, in a very emotional environment, just like players or coaches.
Modern football is characterized by very high speeds and it is difficult to assess situations.
We believe that the introduction of VAR would allow referees to normalize the situation and reduce the number of bad decisions, which can sometimes have dramatic consequences," clarified S. Robertson.
In the Scottish league, despite the setback, "Celtic" is in first place, but "Rangers" are only 2 points behind.
