Recently, legendary Madrid "Real" team striker Raul Gonzalez, who has completed the "UEFA Pro" courses, will be coaching the reserve team from next season.
The 41-year-old Spaniard has been working at the Madrid "Real" academy this season. At first, Raul coached the U13 team, and later took over the U18 team.
Next season, it was decided to give Raul the opportunity to work with the second team - "Castilla."
Madrid "Real" hopes that Raul will achieve similar success as Zinedine Zidane. "Los Blancos" also believe that both Xabi Alonso and Guti will return to the club one day.
Raul will have the opportunity to work with recently acquired talented Japanese player Takefusa Kubo next season. Brazilian Rodrygo is also expected to start the season with "Castilla."
Raul himself ended his professional football career in 2015.
