Madrid's "Real" will continue to actively search for a new right-back.
The "Royal" club was targeting Manchester City's footballer Joao Cancelo, but received a clear response that such a deal will not happen.
Real's attention then turned to another Manchester club - Manchester United - footballer.
The "Sunday Mirror" reports that the Madrid club would like to see Diogo Dalot, who has been performing well this season, among their ranks.
The 23-year-old Portuguese's contract with Man Utd is valid until the end of this season, but the "Red Devils" have the option to extend it for another year.
D. Dalot is the only Manchester United player, besides David De Gea, who has played in all matches this season.
