Both "Marca" and "Globo Esporte" reported that the team from the Spanish capital will compete with "Barcelona" in the battle to acquire 17-year-old "Santos" attacker Rodrygo Goes. The 17-year-old player, who scored six goals in 13 matches for the main "Santos" team this season, is expected to face off against "Real" in the near future. "Real" will pay 45 million euros for him. Rodrygo, who was recently dubbed the new Neymar and impressed in the Brazilian league with a hat-trick, is considered one of the most talented young footballers in his country along with his future "Real" teammate Vinicius.
