Seville's "Real Betis" president Angel Haro confirmed that there are discussions in the club about the possibility of loaning back their former defender from Madrid's "Real" until the end of the season.
Last summer, "Real" acquired one of the most promising Spanish defenders for 18 million euros, but Zinedine Zidane did not show much trust in this player, and he did not get many opportunities to play.
"Yes, I have heard some rumors about it," confirmed A. Haro about the talks linking "Real Betis" and D. Ceballos. "We are working on transfers and we have certain plans, but they always come up against certain limits."
"But we have to wait and see if we can use our imagination," continued the president.
Finally, when asked how realistic the possibility of D. Ceballos's return is, A. Haro said: "It's hard to say now. It is definitely not an easy task to fulfill, but in football, many unexpected things happen."
The 21-year-old defender played only 14 games this season and scored two goals.
