ue to the failed transfer fiasco of David De Gea, Madrid's "Real" is blaming "Manchester United". The royal club today issued an official statement, in which they explained their version of events in separate points.

"Manchester United" refused to negotiate due to player registration nuances until yesterday morning.

"Real", realizing the registration difficulties that arose due to the delay in negotiations, still agreed to negotiate.

When "Manchester United" started negotiations yesterday morning, they did so depending on whether they would be allowed to negotiate the transfer of Keylor Navas to their club. The Manchester club "Real" informed that they had contacted the agent of the mentioned player.

"Real" and "Man United" quickly agreed on both players' transfers. Having sorted out the necessary contract documents and with the intention of sending everything to the FIFA Transfer System (TMS) in time, as well as sorting out matters with the Spanish Football League (LFP) registration, "Real" sent the documents to "Manchester United" at 13:39 Spanish time.

"Manchester United" with some minor changes sent their comments on the contracts after 8 hours, at 21:43 Spanish time. Since the changes were not important, "Real" immediately agreed with them with the intention of registering the players in TMS and LFP as soon as possible.

After signing both D. De Gea and K. Navas contracts, "Real" sent them to the English club at 23:32 Spanish time.

"Manchester United" reached a final agreement with K. Navas' representatives at 23:53, and at that time the player was supposed to sign a contract with his new club.

"Manchester United" entered D. De Gea's, but not K. Navas', details in the TMS system at midnight, at the same time providing a link to the contracts signed by "Real". "Real" received the full documents and tried to send them at 0:02 Spanish time, but by then the TMS system was closed.

At 0:26 Spanish time, the FIFA computer system offered to complete the details of the De Gea transfer knowing that the transfer window in England was still open. "Real" decided to send the documents to LFP even knowing that the transfer window had already closed.

In short, Madrid's "Real" did everything they could to make these two transfers happen.
