"Real" newcomer Lucas Silva from Madrid refused part of the money he would receive for the transfer in order to have the opportunity to play for the royal club and is delighted to have arrived at his dream team.
On Friday, "Real" officially announced that they acquired the talented Brazilian for 15 million euros. Today L.Silva was introduced to journalists and club fans.
"It is true that I refused 10 percent of the transfer fee in order to join Madrid's "Real,"" said the 21-year-old footballer to journalists.
"The decision to move to "Real" was the best out of all the choices. I received a unique opportunity and I want to make the most of it.
"Real" is the biggest club in the world. I feel a huge excitement, but at the same time, I am very happy. I know that I have arrived at a club that competes for the most important titles and I am ready to help," added L.Silva.
