Spanish „La Liga“ season started with a victory for Madrid's „Real“ footballers, who in the first round match away from home, managed to beat „Alaves“ with a result of 4:1. All goals of the match were scored in the second half, with Karim Benzema marking the first goal in the 48th minute. In the 56th minute, Nacho doubled „Real“'s lead, and in the 62nd minute, K. Benzema sent the ball into the net once again. Joselu later reduced the gap for the „Alaves“ team, but the final point in the match was secured by „Real“'s forward Junior Vinicius.
