Madrid's "Real" president Florentino Perez's dream of acquiring Luis Suarez seems like it could come true this summer.
The influential Madrid newspaper "Marca" reports that the UEFA Champions League winner is planning to offer €90 million to Liverpool in the near future.
It is almost certain that Brendan Rodgers will not refuse such an offer and will be forced to say goodbye to last season's most productive player. After these negotiations, the Uruguayan L. Suarez would become the third most expensive footballer in history.
It is believed that the negotiations will start very soon, but officially they would only conclude after the 2014 World Cup.
The 27-year-old striker was unstoppable in Liverpool last season. Scoring 31 goals in the Premier League, L. Suarez, along with Cristiano Ronaldo, became the top goal scorers in European championships.
