San Sebastiano "Real Sociedad" continues to solidify its position in the top four.
Imanolo's students defeated the "Espanyol" team 3:2 in an away game.
Thanks to Takefusa Kubo, Alexander Sorloth, and "Espanyol" defender Leandro Cabrera (own goal) after 63 minutes, the Basques took the lead 3:0.
However, late goals from Sergi Darder and Brian Oliván brought intrigue back to the match. But in extra time, Cabrera, who was sent off the field after receiving a second yellow card, was the difference-maker as "Real Sociedad" triumphed in the match.
"Espanyol" remains in 17th place in the "La Liga" championship.
