“Real Sociedad” club took a solid step towards the next season of the UEFA Champions League on Saturday by beating the country's champions title-winning “Barcelona” with a score of 2:1.
The guests broke through already in the 5th minute after Mikel Merino's accurate shot.
“Real Sociedad” doubled their advantage in the 72nd minute with Alexander Sorloth.
“Barca” scored their only goal in the 90th minute through Robert Lewandowski.
