"Real Sociedad" without two players achieved victory against "Huesca"

On Friday, the 5th round of the Spanish "La Liga" championship began.

San Sebastian's "Real Sociedad" faced off against "Huesca" away. Despite finishing the match without two players sent off from the field, "La Real" celebrated a hard-fought victory with a score of 1-0.

The winning goal was scored in the 64th minute, when Mikel Merino reached a great goal from outside the penalty area after a pass from Theo Hernandez.

However, later on, "Real Sociedad" found life on the field only more difficult - Juanmi received two yellow cards in one episode, and in the 82nd minute, on loan from Madrid's "Real" club, T. Hernandez was sent off for striking the opponent in the face with his hand.

"Huesca" created a real sauna in the visitors' penalty area in the remaining time, but they managed to defend and secure very important points.

For the Basques, this was their second victory this season, temporarily lifting them to the seventh position. "Huesca" remains in 16th place.
