"Real" steps into battle with COVID-19: will store and supply medical equipment in their stadium © JumpStory

The Madrid "Real" club is joining the fight against the COVID-19 virus. The wealthiest club on the planet has announced that it will set up a medical supplies warehouse at its stadium. Medical equipment specifically designed to combat coronavirus will be presented and delivered at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium. All equipment, under the supervision of the Spanish government, will be delivered to healthcare institutions, which will receive the necessary medical supplies and equipment in the fastest possible time. This is not the first initiative from the "Real" club. As was announced earlier this week by the president of the Madrid community Isabela Diaz Ayuso, "white" president Florentino Perez donated a large amount of the same medical equipment and a considerable sum of money. Spain currently needs any form of donation - almost 60 thousand people have already been infected with the coronavirus. Approximately 4,000 people have lost their lives.
