Yesterday's victory in the Spanish league brought a new record for Real Madrid against "Sevilla". Zinedine Zidane's team has now scored at least one goal in 62 consecutive matches, with the match against "Sevilla" being no exception - the "white" team defeated their opponents 4-1.
Previously, this record belonged to Bayern Munich, who scored at least one goal in 61 consecutive matches during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons.
Real Madrid began pursuing this record on April 30 of last year, when they defeated Real Sociedad 1-0 away. Since then, no team has been able to keep a clean sheet against Real.
On Wednesday, the UEFA Champions League winners will have the opportunity to extend this record when they face Celta Vigo in postponed Spanish league matches.
