It seems that the biggest Achilles' heel of Madrid's "Real" club this season is constant football player injuries. The "white" team that made it to the UEFA Champions League final has again received bad news - Gareth Bale and Keylor Navas have suffered injuries.
Both players got injured during the match against "Manchester City". According to the conducted examinations, G. Bale suffered a knee ligament strain, while K. Navas - a hamstring injury.
The Welsh national team member felt pain in his knee towards the end of the first half, but still managed to finish the match. Meanwhile, the Costa Rican goalkeeper fell to the ground unsuccessfully at the very end of the game after a save and couldn't get up for some time.
However, various Spanish sources indicate that there is no threat of them missing the Champions League final. G. Bale may only need five days to fully recover, while K. Navas' situation will depend on the stretching of the hamstring.
Both players will have to miss the second to last match of the Spanish "Primera" championship against "Valencia" on Sunday.
