"Real" undefeated after an early goal broke dealt with "Osasuna", "Sevilla" fell to "Celta"

Madrid's "Real" team continued their winning streak on Sunday evening in the Spanish "La Liga" championship.

Zinedine Zidane's pupils bounced back after Thursday's fiasco in the King's Cup and defeated Pamplona's "Osasuna". In the 23rd round match, the "Whites" celebrated a 4-1 victory.

The match for the guests from Madrid did not start very successfully - "Osasuna" completely dominated the field and scored a goal in the 14th minute. Unai Garcia punished the visitors after a set-piece situation.

This goal brought positive meaning to the further course of the game for the "Real" team - the "Whites" regained control of the ball and immediately started to accelerate their attacks.

In the 33rd minute, Isco scored the equalizing goal, and just five minutes later, Sergio Ramos put the team ahead with a header.

In the second half, "Osasuna" also showed determination and could have leveled the score, but the defense of the "Real" team held firm and in the 84th minute secured the victory - Lucas Vazquez scored the third goal after a pass from Karim Benzema.

At the end of the match, Luka Jovic, who spent only a few moments on the field, managed to add his name to the statistical graph.

For the "Real" footballers, this was their fifth consecutive victory. They have temporarily escaped from "Barca" by six points.

In a later match, "Sevilla" experienced an unexpected setback, as they lost away to Vigo's "Celta". Andalusians led until the 78th minute, when Iago Aspas scored. Pione Sisto extended the lead in extra time.

"Sevilla" lost their spot in the top four with this defeat.

In other matches, the Basque derby was won by San Sebastian's "Real Sociedad" team, while Barcelona's "Espanyol" defeated "Mallorca" in a fight for survival.
