"Real" victory over "Las Palmas" marked by an impressive goal from M. Asensio (VIDEO)

On Sunday, the last five matches of the 11th round of the Spanish "La Liga" championships were played.

After a surprising defeat in the previous round, Madrid's "Real" tried to bounce back at home against "Las Palmas". The "Whites" had no trouble with the league's bottom team and easily defeated them with a score of 3-0.

From the very beginning of the first half, "Real" dominated the field and created dangerous opportunities. Already at the start of the match, Karim Benzema was left completely alone against the goalkeeper, but once again disappointed the entire stadium - failing to convert a hundred percent chance.

The hosts opened their goal account only at the end of the first half - after a corner kick, Casemiro skillfully sent the ball into the net with his head.

In the second half, "Real" played even more confidently in attack and scored two goals. In the 56th minute, the club's most productive player this season, Marco Asensio, scored a true masterpiece from about 30 meters.

The victory was secured in the 74th minute by Isco, who also has been performing well this season, scoring after a superb pass from Cristiano Ronaldo from the edge of the box.

"Real" recorded their seventh victory this season and maintain an eight-point gap from the leaders. "Las Palmas" ranks at the bottom of the table.

The remaining matches ended with victories for the clubs "Girona", Vigo "Celta", San Sebastiano "Real Sociedad", and "Villarreal".
