Madrid denies rumors that they might try to buy Arsenal star Cesc Fabregas.
The Spanish national team midfielder does not hide his desire to return to his homeland, but until now he has only been linked with Barcelona, the fiercest rival of Real Madrid.
However, it has been reported that the Madrid team could offer more than 70 million euros for Fabregas. This information was denied by the club's general director, Jorge Valdano: "We have never discussed this with Arsenal. We have excellent relations and do not intend to spoil them."
