On Wednesday, the UEFA Super Cup match took place between the previous season's Champions League and Europa League winners. The trophy was won by Madrid's "Real" team, who defeated Frankfurt's "Eintracht" players with a score of 2:0. The first goal of the match was scored in the 37th minute by David Alaba. Karim Benzema secured the victory for "Real" in the 65th minute. The Madrid club won the UEFA Super Cup for the fifth time.
