"Rebellion: 'Bayern' players revolt against team coach N. Kovac"

"Bild" on Thursday night published a quite scandalous publication about Niko Kovač's work at Bayern Munich club. Bayern suffered a defeat in the German Bundesliga championship last week, and in the UEFA Champions League, they did not beat Amsterdam Ajax. According to the mentioned source, Bayern currently has five problems. Firstly, James Rodriguez's relationship with N. Kovač is very poor, and the Colombian himself is not sure if Bayern should use the opportunity to buy out his contract. The source claims that after the match with Ajax, in which he started on the bench, J. Rodriguez loudly exclaimed to his teammates in the locker room: "We are not in Frankfurt!". This message was directed at N. Kovač, who came to Bayern from Eintracht. The second problem is that N. Kovač mostly speaks Croatian in training sessions with his colleagues. His coaching staff also includes his brother Robert, goalkeeper specialist Toni Tapalović, and Hasanas Salihamidžić. Assistant coach Peter Hermann is somewhat offended because Croatian is spoken in front of all players. "Bild" also points out that most players currently think that N. Kovač is a weak strategist. They do not have their own playing style like with Guardiola or Heynckes. There are many doubts about N. Kovač's tactical abilities in attack because the strategist focuses more on defenders and their positional setup even in training. Another problem is the lack of rotation. Although many players in the starting lineup do not have problems with it, some players, including James Rodriguez and Niklas Sule, who always perform well when given the chance, are still left on the bench in other matches. The last problem relates to the third point - players believe that N. Kovač's training sessions are inefficient. It is said that after the Champions League match, the next day, Bayern players only spent 52 minutes in training. This was supposed to be a normal training session, and the players themselves were ready for intense work, so a large part of them were disappointed with this strategy. Niko Kovač denied all the information during the press conference today and claimed that "Bild" had mixed up the facts.
